”They elect people we didn’t vote for”- Market women troop out to sell their wares in Bayelsa as they insist their votes do not count

Although they claim they have no interest in running in the state’s gubernatorial and assembly elections, traders in Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa State, flocked outside to sell their items in large numbers.

The market ladies claim that they do not trust the electoral process and that their ballots in the February 25 presidential and national assembly elections were invalid.
