A woman told the experience of a neighbour who returned to her husband after he promised to pay ₦500,000 for a business, but ended up with a broken leg and increasing medical expenditures.
The woman described the incident on social media, noting that her neighbour had already left the marriage due to an assault that left her sick.
According to her testimony, the woman’s parents eventually removed her from the house to recover.
Despite the breakup, the neighbour allegedly remained anxious about her husband’s whereabouts and frequently contacted the narrator to enquire whether he had been seen with another lady.
The narrator said that her neighbour revealed plans to return to the marriage after her husband supposedly promised her ₦500,000 to start a company.
According to the account, the woman planned to collect the money before ending the relationship forever.

She went on to say that the husband welcomed his wife back into the house when she returned.
According to the narrator, difficulties returned soon after the reconciliation.

The narrator further claimed that the promised business cash was never given.
