photo of two most popular Nollywood actors in Nigeria innocently performing their work on an unnamed movie set has gone viral on the internet. Nigerians users have been sharing a picture of Richard Mofe Damijo, RMD locking lips with a married actress and mother of three, Omoni Oboli. Although some people have been reading meanings to the undated image, it has been clarified as a set photo. 

Richard Mofe Damijo and Omoni OboliOmoni Oboli, a graduate of the University of Ibadan is one of the few Nigerian actresses who has successfully managed her acting career with her marriage. RMD, on the other hand, is an elderly man who is well sought after by young ladies and women due to his good looks.

It would be recalled that on the July 6, Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe Damijo, celebrated his 56th birthday. In a birthday message shared by McDermott on Instagram, she talked about kissing RMD in the movie Okafor’s Law. After describing the actor as a life coach and a mentor to her, she talked about his role as her husband in Okafor’s law.

On seeing McDermott’s post, Omoni Oboli commented and joked about writing a movie just to kiss the actor. Chioma Chukwuka also joined on the post and said she also wants to kiss the handsome man.

Richard Mofe-Damijo (popularly known as RMD, born 6 July 1961) is a Nigerian actor and former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State. In 2005 he won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 12th Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2016.

Mofe-Damijo was born in Aladja community of Udu Kingdom, near Warri, Delta State. He attended Midwest College, Warri and Anglican Grammar School and was a member of the Drama Club. He enrolled into the University of Benin to continue his education and studied Theatre Arts.  In 1997 Mofe-Damijo returned to the university to study law at the University of Lagos and graduated in 2004.
