On March 3, the Supreme Court will issue its ruling in the challenge brought by some States against the Federal Government’s Naira swap scheme.
A nine-member panel presided over by Justice John Okoro and hearing closing arguments from attorneys for the parties in the cases announced the date.
The lawsuit, which has not yet been decided, has drawn interest from more than ten state governments.
