Peter Okoye of the defunct P-Square group has responded to questions about why he chose to enjoy his life rather than use his platform to raise awareness about Nigerian issues.
The singer took to X to write: “Enjoyment wan k!ll me for Abuja.”
A follower replied: “So all these things wey dey happen for the country no concern you? Omo.”
Peter responded: “I’ve already played my part from the last election to the End SARS movement. At this point, I’m choosing to focus on my life and my family. Everyone has their own role to play.”
