When criticised by his colleague Rossy Adaigwe for failing to return the amount of 700k that was paid to him, Nollywood actor Ray Emodi responded with tears.

Ray Emodi initially agreed to play a part in a movie, but after being paid, he changed his mind. Adaigwe, who is both an actress and a director, refused to return the money.

Emodi, on the other hand, gave his account of the events and claimed that he was underpaid. He generally charges $10 million for his services, but as an act of kindness, he agreed to accept $700,000 for 40 sequences.

As opposed to the initial agreement of 40 scenes, the director later expanded the amount of sequences to 60, which caused a misunderstanding.
