According to Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the general overseer of the Redeem Christian Church of God (RCCG), some influential people are making life difficult for the average citizen, but God’s vengeance will soon fall upon them.

The Cable reports that the priest claimed during a sermon on Sunday, March 12, that some individuals in high positions are wreaking chaos and making it harder for common Nigerians to live their lives.

He bemoaned the fact that certain Nigerians in positions of power deliberately tried to make life tough for the average person.

Earlier this year, “the Almighty God said that some balloons will burst,” the man of God recounted. Adeboye continued, “I’m waiting to see the balloons explode because some people are hell-bent on making the mundane into the extraordinary.”

His statement reads in part: “They are using that power to make the common man miserable. Some balloons need to burst. By the time God finished with Nebuchadnezzar, he knew who was the most high God”.
