Because the mixtape didn’t seem to fit N6’s style, he suggested she practice mixing before releasing videos online.
Young DJ Tolani Baj and radio host Oluwapelumi Orungbe, also known as N6, got into a small argument after he recently criticized her work on Twitter.
The reality TV personality, who just started working as a disc jockey, used the microblogging site to share a video of herself mashup various tunes.
“MI Abaga [Teaser] x Abracadabra Mashup
Rexxie ft Skiibii & Naira Marley,” she wrote.
The mixtape didn’t seem to be N6’s style, so he suggested she practice mixing before releasing videos online.
She has a platform with a sizable following, so he cautioned her against treating the DJ business lightly.
N6 wrote in comment section,
“The availability of social media does not mean you should take The DJ craft itself for granted. Pls perfect your art properly Before you Post. I’m rooting for you and would rather Have You posting vids like this after you have Truly mastered this DJ art form. ”
Tolanibaj stated that she had the right to post whatever she wanted on her social media platform, whether it was flawless or not, in response to the advice.
“I can do whatever I want to do with MY platform. Perfect or not, it is MY platform,” TBAJ wrote.
