Nkechi Blessing Sunday, a well-known actress in Nigeria, has admitted that she was defrauded of N750,000 by an online seller.

The Nollywood star alleged that after she paid for some items, the seller blocked her a short while afterwards.

Nkechi Blessing shouted while appealing with viewers not to look at paid adverts on furniture in a video that she posted on her Instagram page.

She disclosed that the vendor had provided her an account number after they spoke, claiming to have the distributor’s banking information.

The actress claimed that after discussing her concerns with the vendor, she transferred N750k to them. The recipient allegedly claimed not to have received the money despite her continuous follow-ups.

On the day she posted the video, she discovered that the person had blocked her on all of their social media accounts.

Nkechi Blessing claimed that she was using herself as a scapegoat in order to warn people to exercise caution when dealing with online vendors.

She asserted that she will continue to denounce him every morning when she wakes up until he locates her and provides the money.
