Murphy Afolabi: “They didn’t celebrate him on his birthday” Actress Toro Aramide blows hot as she criticizes her dishonest coworkers.

This is one of the reasons, in Toro’s opinion, why she avoids establishing friends in the business.

Nollywood actress Toro Aramide recently addressed the appalling level of hypocrisy in the Nigerian film business on social media.

Following the demise of fellow actor Murphy Afolabi, Toro recently voiced her disappointment with some of her coworkers, whom she referred to as hypocrites, in an Instagram post.

A few days after his 49th birthday, on Sunday, May 14, Murphy Afolabi passed suddenly. In her tweet, Toro lambasted people for mourning the actor too soon and failing to honor him while he was still alive.

She asserted that some of the people who shared photos of Murphy’s mourners after his passing didn’t express the same emotion when he had just a few days earlier celebrated his birthday.

This is one of the reasons, in Toro’s opinion, why she avoids establishing friends in the business.“Can you guys now see why I said I am not in the movie industry to make friends? Someone just died, and they are busy posting his pictures.

Meanwhile, his birthday was just a few days ago, and most of these people didn’t even wish him a happy birthday, not to talk of posting his pictures. Hypocrisy. If you like, hate me, that’s your problem. I just know how to mind my own business. Hypocrites everywhere.”
