In a tweet by the family of Adewura Bello, the young girl who was declared missing in Lagos on May 16. They confirmed that she has been found dead in a canal.

Her sister, Folake revealed that Adewura worked in Ikeja before her untimely death. She said that the 26-year-old Accounting graduate from University of Lagos last spoke to her around 7PM when she was on her way home from work.

There are many witness account durng her dsappearance, while one witness tweeted about an incdent of a lady who matched the description of her being swept away by flood from the downpour on that Wednesday around Mosan canal. Another witness account said she was kidnapped in her estate while coming back from work.

Though the police are still carrying out nvestigation to finalise the cause of death, our heart and prayer goes out to the deseased family at the moment of pains.
