Jelicia Westhoff, the Dutch model who shares a son with Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, has publicly accused the footballer of ab¥sing her during their relationship and abaπdoning their child.
In a series of social media posts, Jelicia alleged that Maduka physically ab¥sed her, repeatedly cheated on her while they were together, and has seen their son only a handful of times over the past two years. She claimed he has turned his back on their child because of his ongoing conflict with her.
According to Jelicia, their son was hospitalized several times in December, but Maduka did not visit. She said she remained silent for years to protect his image and football career but has now reached her limit. She also revealed that lawyers have been involved for weeks over issues relating to child support and visitation.
Jelicia further alleged that the footballer is bisexual, writing, “You never had any other girlfriend than me because you are bi.”
Her allegations surfaced just hours after photos and videos of Maduka Okoye having dinner with Cardi B in Italy began circulating online.
However, Jelicia insisted that her decision to speak out was “in no way about a woman.”
