Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, a candidate for the Labour Party, has lost his voting district to the All Progressives Congress in Lagos state (APC).
Earlier today, March 18, Gbadebo cast a ballot at voting unit 045 in Anifowoshe, Ikeja LGA.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) received 29 votes, while the Libertarian Party (LP) received 18, according to the polling unit officer who announced the results.
With 2 votes, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) finished third in the voting district.
This is coming amid reports of widespread violence, suppression, and intimidation in some polling units in Lagos state.
Gbadebo had already disclosed that he will be heading to court should the incumbent Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, be announced as the winner of the election.
