On Friday morning, December 30, a kerosene explosion took place in Elekahia, a heavily populated district of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, which resulted in the destruction of several homes and businesses.
The fire outbreak reportedly began at around 8am. Men from the Federal Fire department were summoned to the scene right once to assist in putting out the fire.
