Several corps members and others who worked as ad hoc personnel for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Saturday, February 25, during the polls, have complained that their allowances have not been paid.

The INEC Collation Centre personnel in Kano were observed demonstrating outside the facility, demanding payment for their labour as well as training, food, and other amenities.
The ad hoc personnel claimed they had completed their tasks but hadn’t yet gotten payment for them.
Moreover, on Sunday, February 26, several ad hoc employees were seen protesting at the Osogbo LGA INEC Secretariat in Osun State in a widely shared video on Twitter.
