She claimed that she has received instruction on appropriate behavior as part of a conscious attempt to become a better person.

After she won the BBNaija competition, popular reality TV personality Phyna has apologized publicly to anyone who may have been disappointed in her actions.

The Big Brother Naija level-up winner stated in a video she posted online on Monday, April 3, 2023 that she hasn’t been acting appropriately since leaving the house and that she is ashamed of this.

She noted that someone from her kind of background will require time to adjust to the lifestyle of fame, but added that she had attended instruction on how to act responsibly as part of a purposeful attempt to be a better person.

“It’s been six months now since I won the show, Big Brother Naija Season 7, and a lot has gone down and up for the past 6 months. A lot has happened, I want to use this medium to say that I’m really sorry if I have really offended a lot of people over the past six months.

“I wish to let you know that I have gone through a lot of training, on how to behave now and I believe that you all should understand that someone from my kind of background bagging fame and money all of a sudden, will need time.

“So I have gotten the time of six months and I’m ready to be out there because the past six months is not a period I would say, I have been proud of, I have really worked on myself and I think I’m ready to go now. I will now say I have a fame of six months and know how it works and I know how I’m supposed to behave.” She said.
