A Nigerian lady’s post recalling a personal sacrifice for her ex-boyfriend has gone viral on X, sparking mixed reactions online.
The lady, identified as @Deseiye on X (formerly Twitter), shared details of an experience she said occurred in 2022 involving her ex-boyfriend.
According to her post, the man lost his job and was unable to pay rent, prompting her to step in and empty her savings to support him financially during the difficult period.
However, she alleged that just three months later, the same ex-boyfriend began dating another woman he had previously ignored. She added that despite everything, he still occasionally checks on her well-being.
“Three months later, he started dating the girl he told me ‘not to worry about.The craziest part?.He still texts me sometimes asking how I’m doing”, She added.
