Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, a veteran Nollywood actress, has opened out about how she obtained her popular nickname, “Omosexy.”
During an interview with Naija FM, the actress stated that her husband, Matthew Ekeinde, gave her the name.
She revealed that he had acquired a Lincoln Navigator for her at the time and had personalised the plate number with her name.
The interviewer asked: “The name Omosexy. Who give you that name? Na we give you that name? Abi na you give yourself that name. Or na your cofamily give you am?”
Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde replied
“Na my honey boy give me that name…e buy me one Lincoln Navigator that time..e put am for the plate number, you know, him write am there.”
