A Nigerian woman has shared a beautiful story about her previous landlord, calling him one of the best she has ever met.
In a famous TikTok video published by @Tushalaga, she revealed how the landlord treated her with surprising kindness after learning she was working on creating her own permanent house.

“Meet the best landlord in the world. The moment he knew I was building my own place, he gave me his full support.”
She added that when her rent ended in June of last year, the landlord made an unexpected choice that reduced her financial burden.
Instead of asking her to renew her rent, he let her stay for an extra month without paying so she could focus on finishing her home.
“My rent expired last year June, but this man didn’t allow me renew it. He gave me extra six months rent-free to complete my building,” she added.
Many social media users complimented the landlord’s gesture, calling him unique and compassionate, while others recounted their own experiences with strict or tough landlords.
One user wrote, “Wow! If more landlords were like this, life would be so much easier 😭👏.” Another added, “Not my landlord, you dare not owe him one month rent. That man too like money.”
