On Wednesday, April 5, irate youths in Delta state stormed the state police command headquarters carrying the body of a young guy who was allegedly shot dead by several police officers along the Ugbolu-Asara route over a “N100 bribe.”

Before transporting the young man’s corpse to the police headquarters in Asaba to condemn the killing, the teenagers blocked a key road in the city in protest of the purported killing.

On this development, the state police leadership has not yet made any comments.
