Davido claimed that his current fee for being on a song by a foreign musician is $100,000 (about N46 million).
David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, is a Nigerian singer and music executive who has set a fee for appearing on songs by other artists from around the world.
This declaration was made by the ‘Timeless’ singer during a recent interview on the Bootleg Kev show in response to a query on his charges.
Davido said that he now costs $100,000 (about N46 million) to appear in a music video and on a song by a foreign artist.
He claims that he used to appear in foreign songs for free, but things has changed and he now demands payment. He also claimed that he consults with his attorney throughout the process.
