Burna Boy urged INEC to avoid using itself as a tool for manipulating or meddling in the 2023 election.
He encouraged the electoral authority to respect the decision taken by the voters who participated in the presidential and National Assembly elections on February 25 in significant numbers.

He posted the warning on his social media page after receiving criticism from Nigerians who expected him and his colleagues to speak out in favor of advocating for free and fair elections.
Burna said; “Let Nigeria decide o! @inecnigeria. No try any result magic”.
The votes cast in the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory are currently being counted at the local government level. On Sunday, February 26, voting will be rerun in the polling locations where violence disrupted the process.
