A cryptocurrency investor by the name of BLord, Williams Ifejika, was shocked when Davido requested $5 million for an endorsement.

The businessman asked Davido for a one-year endorsement deal for his airtime app in a message and screenshot he uploaded on Facebook.

In contrast, Davido’s management informed him in response to his email that the musician would like to be paid a staggering $5 million (N3.7 billion).

When Davido sent them an email with a $5 million charge, Blord and his colleagues were dissatisfied because their budget was $250,000, or $150 million.
