Last May, Shakira and Piqué revealed their 11-year marriage was coming to an end, resulting in one of the most petty celebrity splits ever.

In order to start a new life in Miami, shakira has moved out of the Barcelona house she previously shared with Gerard Piqué.
The 46-year-old Colombian singer bid a tearful farewell to the Spanish city she had called home on Sunday before travelling to the United States with her two children, Milan and Sasha, as well as former footballer Piqué.
After 11 years together, Shakira and Piqué revealed their separation in May of last year. Since then, he has been dating Clara Chia Marti, 24.
Shakira’s intention to move had been known to all, but many were taken aback by how quickly it happened.
According to reports in Spanish media, Piqué’s father Joan Piqué served the Hips Don’t Lie singer with a “eviction notice” on March 13 demanding that she leave the former couple’s house by April 30 or pay compensation.

The diss song BRZP Music Sessions #53 by Shakira, which targets Piqué and his new girlfriend, is thought to have been played on Jimmy Fallon’s late-night US talk show after the letter was sent.
As she said goodbye to her old life, Shakira wrote on Instagram in an emotional post: “I settled in Barcelona to give my sons stability, the same stability that we are now looking for in another part of the globe next to family, friends, and the sea.
“Today marks the start of a new phase in our quest for their happiness. Thank you to everyone who helped me catch so many waves in Barcelona, the place where I discovered that friendship lasts longer than love.”
“I’d like to thank everyone who was there for their support, for wiping away my tears, for inspiring me, and for helping me to develop.”
“Thanks to my Spanish fans, who have always supported and cherished me,”
