Nashali Alma was attacked while exercising in an apartment complex gym.

Nashali Alma, 24, was exercising alone in the apartment complex gym when she later observed a guy attempting to enter the area. Ms. Alma then allowed him inside.

In the sheriff’s footage that was made public, Ms. Alma is heard saying, “He was at the door, I buzzed him in, and he came inside.”
The lady carried on as usual with her workout, but the man soon came up to her.

“As soon as he was approaching me, I pushed him. I said: ‘Bro, what the F are you doing? Get away from me. Stop trying to touch me. As soon as he was approaching me, I pushed him. I said: ‘Bro, what the F are you doing? Get away from me. Stop trying to touch me.”

She tried to contact the police while she kept fighting him off.

Finally, Thomas-Jones finally “released his hold on Alma, and she bolted from the gym and into a neighboring apartment,” according to police.

Sheriff’s deputies were able to locate Thomas-Jones and take him into custody the following day after the claimed assault.

“I was disgusted by the suspect’s actions, how he preyed on this young lady,” Sheriff Chad Chronister said.

He went on: “Her determination, bravery, and fortitude are admirable. I’m confident that the lives of numerous other women will be impacted by her courage in sharing this tale. I appreciate her coming forward.”

Ms. Alma counseled ladies to “never give up” in the video.

Thomas-Jones is accused of abduction, false imprisonment, and sexual battery.

Thank God she had escaped, this could have been a case of another young women death in America.
