Asake, the current music sensation in Nigeria, has drawn criticism on Twitter after the cost of tickets for his Lagos show in December was made public.
The standing ticket for the concert, which will be held on December 22 at the Eko Convention Center in Lagos State, costs N70,000 to enter the location and remain standing throughout the performance.
According to information obtained by Benco News, Asake’s forthcoming December show, dubbed the “Mr. Money With Vibe Feat,” will cost anywhere from N70,000 for general admission to N10 million for VVIP seating.
The highest ticket price for the concert’s VVIP session is N10 million, with other ticket prices of N4 million, N8 million, and N10 million.
Tickets for the concert have since gone on sale, but the exorbitant cost of the various sections of the venue for the concert has grabbed the attention of many netizens.
