“Any police officer who slaps or flogs you has committed an offence” – Nigerian Police force spokesperson, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi

According to CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the spokesperson for the Nigerian Police Force, any officer who slaps or flogs a citizen has assaulted that individual.

He said this in response to a Twitter user who mentioned that police in Nigeria slap people.
