After being uploaded online, photos of a Primary Health Care Center in a Kaduna village have sparked worry due to the building’s appalling state.

The Primary Health Care Center is located in Mallagum Community in Kaura Local Government Area in Kaduna State, according to Twitter user @4lowthemoney.

According to the Twitter user, this is the community’s only Primary Health Care Center.
