Last year on this day, God saved my life. – Victony, a singer

Anthony Victor, popularly known as Victony, a Nigerian singer and songwriter, has turned to social media to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the vehicle tragedy that nearly ruined his promising career and life.

Victony was heading home from a birthday celebration with his pals on April 26th, 2021, when the automobile they were in was involved in a terrible crash, killing his friend Doyin.

Victony had to undergo surgery as a result of the accident. He was also wheelchair-bound for several months, but that didn’t stop his voice from reaching the airwaves, and the singer has emerged stronger, better, and more popular as a result of the accident.

Victony used his social media profile today to pay tribute to his late friend while announcing his new track.
