Ayatu Momoh, a lecturer in mass communication at the Federal Polytechnic in Offa, has died.

On Sunday, Nov. 28, he slumped at a community meeting in Offa, Kwara State’s Offa Local Government Area.

He slumped as he said the final prayers to bring the community meeting to a close.

Attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful, and he was subsequently pronounced dead.

Momoh was the secretary of the Igala community in Offa and its environs. He was an Igala from Kogi State.
