Today, November 15, the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, and his wife, Olori Ivie Emiko, celebrate their wedding anniversary.
Olori Ivie begged for more productive years with her hubby after sharing a loving photo of them together on Instagram.
She captioned the shot as follows:
“15/11/2021…Happy Wedding Anniversary @oluofwarri
Of the fresh dew of heavenAnd the scents of heaven’s gardens.Of the mix of beautifying oils and ointmentsThat the Bridegroom HimselfShowers His attention and care on us as His own.
As we come to this milestoneThe Lord causes us to be signposts of renewal and restorationAnd strengthen the Fibre of our marriageAs a corner stone immovableThat we may be a pattern and example to all in the kingdom (spiritual and natural) of Gods steadfast and unfailing love. As a model for a godly marriage.
The Lord calls our seeds blessedAnd seeds from our seeds
The LORD fences our unionAnd preserves it for His gainHe takes delight in usAs emissaries of the KingAnd carries out His purpose through both of us.
To many more fruitful years with youTo years of joy, laughter and loveTo years of grace, passion and intimacy.Enabled by the LordEnacted by the SpiritOrdained by the Father.
Happy wedding anniversary, my king. @oluofwarri”
Meanwhile, the Olu of Warri posted some nice comments about his queen on his own Instagram page, along with a separate photo of the two of them together.
In his words he wrote below;
“In honour of thy householdWe sing our king and his queen a songOf a home crafted in the sweet perfume of loveOf progenies birth from the blissfulness of the divineOf a throne gifted with the virtues of the sunOf a bond forged in the bosom of the almightyAnd of familial peace that will reign until the sun is no more
Of seasons come and wonders doneOf times and life that beholds splendourOf years which shall always bear astonishing fruitsOf days when your union shall stretch until infinityAnd now another year of glorious union is pastWe sing our king and his queen a songTo honour the days of thy love
May your dynasty outlive the sunMay your crowns always epitomise the wisdom of agesMay your sceptres always lift in graceMay your kingdom bear forth everlasting peaceMay your days be seasoned with glorious songsMay your souls be filled with life’s breath for a century more
And while heaven is
And the earth breathes
And the sun beams
And the moon gleams
And the stars glimmer
Your love will be bound in bliss,
Ogiame Atuwatse III and Olori Atuwatse III”
