Cross, a finalist on Big Brother Naija, has revealed how he persuaded his mother, who is an Evangelist, to let him participate in the show.
Cross, his mother’s firstborn child, stated that she was first opposed to him appearing on the show, but that he had to gradually persuade her.
He said in a Facebook live chat with PUNCH Online on Wednesday, October 6th, that his mother was unfamiliar with basic entertainment trends and that he had to persuade her to follow him.
Read what he said below;
“My mum is a pastor – an evangelist – and she wasn’t used to these social media stuff and entertainment stuff or even Big Brother.
“So I had to explain to her little by little how it was and she said it was okay.
“Last year, when I almost went in, she knew how sad I was when I didn’t go in. So it was a bit easier to convince her, especially because of that.”
