“You go through a mourning period and yet live the rest of your life mourning,” Pressley told Fox News, when recalling the years she spent without her son.

After almost four decades, a woman has reunited with the boy she gave up for adoption.

Melanie Pressley claims she has spent more than three decades wondering about the kid she placed for adoption in order for him to grow up in a better environment.

Vossler was born to Pressley in 1988, when she was 18 years old, in Canton, Ohio. Because she couldn’t afford to care for him, she turned to an adoption agency, which placed her kid with a family with two parents.

Lee Ann Dewey, Melanie Pressley’s sister, asked a nurse if she might hold Greg Vossler the day he was born in 1988. That day, she snapped a photo of him, and it was all Pressley had for the next 33 years.
