Suspected thugs attack Imo school, stop students from writing their JSSCE and set motorcycles belonging to staff and students on fire (video)

The Eastern Security Network (ESN) of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) allegedly invaded an Imo school today, September 13, preventing students from sitting their Junior Secondary School Examination and setting motorcycles belonging to teachers and students on fire.

The attack happened at Comprehensive Secondary School in Nkume, Njaba Local Government Area, Imo State, as pupils were prepared for the ongoing JSSCE English exam.

As the attackers fired intermittently and set their motorcycles on fire, the students and teachers scattered in all directions.

It is also coming at a time the proscribed group declared that a sit-at-home will be observed   in the South-East region on September 14. The declaration was made to drum up support for the release of their arrested leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
