Evander Kane Gets Restraining Order Against Wife, After Claiming She Assaults Him

Evander Kane is accusing his former wife of being a wife beater, alleging she has struck him in the face many times in the past, and the NHL star has now acquired a domestic violence temporary restraining order as a result of it all.

Kane was granted a TRO earlier this month after he claimed Anna Kane had been abusive with him in the past, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports.

The physical altercations began in 2019, just a year after they married, according to the documents, when Anna became so enraged with him during an argument that she slapped him “7-8 times in the face with her fist.”

Evander claims Anna struck him in the face again in October 2020 after they had an altercation while Anna’s mother was visiting.

Evander claims that his wife exploded on him again less than a year later, in April 2021, after she had gone through his phone.

The 30-year-old San Jose Sharks player claims Anna “started throwing objects at me wildly” before punching and slapping him repeatedly in the head and face.

Evander claims that another incidence of violence occurred in July, when he was attempting to flee Anna after an argument in San Jose, and she pushed him and violently tugged on a backpack he had placed over his shoulder.
