Jason Njoku, CEO of IrokoTV, warns young people under the age of 30 about the pressures of success, saying that it is unwarranted at such a young age.
According to the CEO of one of Nigeria’s first prominent online movie streaming sites, at the age of 30, he was living in his mother’s house, where he had nothing but setbacks while trying to establish his firm.
Jason Njoku underscored the weirdness of the strain that today’s kids place on themselves in a Twitter message.
Read what he wrote below;
“The pressure for <30year olds to succeed these days is so strange. So unnecessary. At 30 I was dead broke living at my Mum’s house. No girlfriend & zero assets.
Just me my 2nd hand desktop & @irokotv 10 failures to my name but man did I enjoy those early years in the world. Enjoy sha,” .
