Cristiano Ronaldo ‘agrees personal terms with Manchester City’

Cristiano Ronaldo, the world’s most famous footballer, has agreed to personal terms with Manchester City, despite having spent the majority of his career with rival Manchester United.

The 36-year-future old’s at Juventus has been called into question this summer, prompting his agent Jorge Mendes to fly to Italy to meet with the Serie A giants’ executives.

New reports in Portugal claim that Ronaldo has spoken with City manager Pep Guardiola and that the Italian club is in talks with the Premier League champions about allowing him to depart three years after joining.

According to reports in Italy earlier this week, City had offered the former Manchester United star a two-year contract worth £230,000 per week after missing out on Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
