As Nigerians all over the world continue to express love to Dr Ngozi Okonji Iweala and recognition for the incredible accomplishment she has achieved, the just elected WTO President, Dr Ngozi Okonji Iweala, has acknowledged to the apology made by the Nordwestschweiz newspaper.
The newspaper editor had talked to her as, “this grandmother will be the current Chief of the world trade”.
Critiques all over the world has been stunning as to why “grandmother” should be used to portray her despite her accomplishments as a woman.
In a sequel of tweets, she also appreciated all get sisters, women leaders, and the 124 diplomats in Geneva who validated the petition against the supremacist and sexist comments in the Nordwestschweiz newspaper.
