Gareth Bale has repeatedly flown to London on Friday to complete his £20m loan move to Tottenham.
Real Madrid star Bale, 31, has agreed to the one-year deal which will see him return to the club he left seven years ago in a world record £86m switch.
Bale underwent a medical at Madrid’s training ground on Thursday, lawyers have drawn up contracts and Spurs are paying £20m in wages and a loan fee.
It is a huge coup for Tottenham who are also signing Real Madrid left-back Sergio Reguilon in a £25m move and the North London club hopes to announce both on Friday.
But Tottenham has been snubbed by Southampton after making an inquiry for Danny Ings as they chase a striker as back-up for Kane.
